By clicking SUBMIT, I hereby authorize Pleasure Cove Marina to perform the above described work on my boat.  The Marina has authority to provide all labor and materials necessary to perform this repair and I understand I will be billed for said labor and materials at current billing rates.  I acknowledge that additional  problems or defects may be discovered during the repair work and that additional repairs may be necessary.  The marina further has my authority to operate the boat for testing, inspecting, or delivering at my risk.  I understand the marina has no responsibility or liability for loss or damage by way of fire, theft or acts of God relating to the boat or materials placed in the boat.  I agree to pay for all work performed on the boat at the time of work is completed.  If I fail to do so, I understand that interest will accrue on the open charges at the rate of 1.5% per month.  In addition, if I do not pay for and pick up the boat after all work is done, I will be responsible for storage fees at the rate of $20.00 per foot, per month (or portion thereof) until the account is settled.  I understand the marina may enforce a mechanic's lien against the boat for all monies due under this work authorization, and I also understand that I will be responsible for attorney's fees incurred by the Marina enforcing its rights.
